Offline Download & Server Build Uploaded

You can now download builds of the game to either play on a chromebook, or host on your own server. I am pretty late to the party when it comes to doing this, but  I've done it now. I should be working on a similar thing with Deltatraveler to allow you to download it offline or host it on your own server. Thank you for the Suggestion to do this NeoAngelo.
